Infranity hits €15bn AUM as it eyes global expansion
European infrastructure specialist Infranity has surpassed €15bn (£12.9bn) in assets under management (AUM), as it looks to broaden its investor base internationally.
The asset manager was formed in 2018 as part of a strategic partnership with the Generali Group.
Infranity said that growth has been broad-based across its platform and reflects growing demand for infrastructure as an asset class in recent years. There are growing capital needs across energy transition, digitalisation, lower-carbon transportation and environmental infrastructure.

Infranity’s infrastructure debt strategies continue to attract strong commitments across investor types, the firm said, alongside its infrastructure equity strategy and the launch of a new generation of private wealth investment solutions.
Infranity has committed more than €14.5bn since 2018 to critical infrastructure projects in Europe and North America and the firm now counts more than 80 dedicated infrastructure professionals.
Looking ahead, Infranity said it plans to deepen its presence across its core sectors while continuing to broaden its investor base internationally.

“Reaching €15bn is a moment to thank the people who made it possible – our clients, our partners and our teams – and recognise the continued trust and support of Generali, whose strategic partnership has been instrumental in enabling us to build Infranity into the platform it is today,” said Philippe Benaroya, managing partner and chief executive of Infranity.
“The entire Infranity team joins me in recognising what has been built in eight years: a platform with genuine scale, a disciplined investment culture, and a track-record our investors can rely on. What excites us most is what comes next. The capital needs of the energy transition, digitalisation and mobility infrastructure are only growing, and we have built a company well equipped to capture these long-term investment opportunities.”
Infranity made the shortlist for infrastructure debt manager of the year and impact fund manager of the year at the Alternative Credit Awards 2025, hosted by Alternative Credit Investor.
