Peakline acquires equipment finance platform Kalon
Investment adviser and private investment firm Peakline Partners has acquired Kalon Capital, a US equipment finance platform.
Kalon, which is led by Nicole Torraco, provides equipment financing to US businesses across industries including manufacturing, industrial services, construction, technology and critical infrastructure.
Peakline’s acquisition of Kalon will expand its equipment finance platform, with the adviser and investment platform currently providing investors with access to private credit, real estate, private equity and venture capital.

The firm said the addition of the Kalon team to Peakline, including chief financial officer Joost van Brakel and chief credit and operating officer Andrea Zana, will also help in expanding the platform.
