ICG launches European infrastructure debt strategy
ICG has launched a European infrastructure debt strategy and hired two industry veterans to lead the new offering.
The programme will provide financing solutions to infrastructure deals, projects and businesses across Europe, focusing on core/core+ infrastructure sectors.
Augustin Segard and Grégoire Castres Saint Martin have been appointed to establish and lead the strategy.

Segard joins ICG in London from Schroders Capital, where he most recently served as head of junior infrastructure debt and led the ‘JULIE’ fund series, investing in European infrastructure assets. Prior to this, he held roles at AXA Investment Managers and InfraRed Capital Partners.
Castres Saint Martin joins ICG in Paris from Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he was most recently managing director within the firm’s financing team and where he built a strong expertise in structuring complex and innovative financings across the capital structure.

He previously worked in infrastructure financing and advisory at BNP Paribas.
