Granite Asia raises $500m for Pan-Asia private credit strategy
Granite Asia has raised $500m (£366.5m) for its Pan-Asia private credit strategy, with commitments from DBS Private Bank, a leading insurer and other institutional investors.
The private credit strategy, Libra Hybrid, invests in mid-market companies in Asia and has completed eight transactions since launching in 2025. Investments span a range of sectors, including advanced manufacturing, consumer and healthcare.
The investors join anchor investors Temasek, through its private credit platform Aranda Principal Strategies, Khazanah Nasional Berhad and the Indonesia Investment Authority.

“Private credit is a natural extension of our platform, reflecting the evolving capital needs of the founders and businesses across Asia,” said Jenny Lee, senior managing partner at Granite Asia.

Overall, Granite Asia commits across venture, growth and credit, with more than $10bn in assets under management. It has invested in more than 500 companies and 68 IPOs.
