Triple Point further backs UK bridging lender Red Kite
Triple Point has renewed and increased a credit facility for UK bridging lender Red Kite Lending from £15m to up to £50m.
The UK-based investment manager said the larger facility will provide Red Kite with additional capacity and support its continued expansion.

“This upsize reflects the confidence we have in Red Kite’s team and the discipline they’ve shown in scaling the business,” said Sam Stuart-Smith, Triple Point’s head of relationship services.
“We’re proud to deepen the partnership and support their next stage of growth.”

The partnership between Triple Point and Red Kite was established in 2024. Red Kite provides short-term property lending and development finance to professional landlords, developers and property investors across the UK.
