Groundfloor launches second consumer credit portfolio
US private markets platform Groundfloor has launched its second consumer credit portfolio, which will provide accredited investors with diversified exposure to short-term consumer loans.
Consumer Credit Portfolio II is designed to generate income consistency and offers protection through lender and manager equity, and a diversified pool of loans intended to reduce exposure to any single borrower. The portfolio targets fixed annual returns of 10 per cent with quarterly distributions over a 45-month term.

“Investors today are looking beyond traditional stocks and bonds and searching for more resilient, income-generating opportunities,” said Brian Dally, co-founder and chief executive of Atlanta-based Groundfloor. “Our new Consumer Credit Portfolio reflects Groundfloor’s continued mission to unlock institutional-grade private market investments for individual investors by offering access to a diversified private credit strategy with defined returns and structured income distributions,” he added.
This new product sits within Groundfloor’s broader strategy to expand access to private market investments, including real estate-backed lending, fixed income alternatives, and private credit strategies.
