Coller Capital inks deal with EQT to join global platform
Coller Capital has signed definitive agreements with global private equity firm EQT to become part of its global platform.
EQT, which has around €270bn (£235bn) in assets under management, said the transaction will support its clients’ access to secondaries and further its ambition to build the “most attractive private markets firm of scale”.

Meanwhile, the deal will help Coller Capital to position itself for sustained growth and expand its secondaries into real assets.
The firms said they share closely aligned values, including a rigorous focus on investment performance and the ambition to be a strategic partner for their clients.
