Fintex Capital appoints new head of business development
Fintex Capital has appointed Ronnie Sarkar as head of business development, with the new hire also joining the firm’s investment committee.
The UK-based private debt financing firm said Sarkar will lead its origination, investor relations and strategy.

Prior to joining Fintex, he worked at publicly listed small to medium sized enterprise lender Funding Circle. He has also held roles at asset manager Insight Investment and began his career at PwC.
“This is a strategic hire, as Ronnie brings deep experience across specialty finance and asset-based lending,” said Robert Stafler, chief executive at Fintex Capital. “He also comes with a proven track record as an investor, operator and company builder.”
