FundFinance expands platform for credit instruments
FundFinance has expanded its platform capabilities to allow general partners and limited partners (LPs) to digitise the entire lifecycle of complex credit agreements.
According to Fund Finance, the digital platform for alternative investment credit agreements, this includes NAV-based loans secured by fund assets and hybrid credit instruments.

The new features have been implemented due to the current highly customised structures and complex documentation within the alternative investment space that rely heavily on manual processes, according to Fund Finance.

The expansion includes features such as instrument coverage, automated covenant monitoring and integration.
According to Fund Finance by digitising the entire lifecycle of complex credit agreements it enables funds to gain a “strategic edge in negotiating with institutional investors and banks”. For LPs specifically it offers increased transparency.
