F Street raises $30m for private debt fund
US direct lender and real estate investment firm F Street has raised $30m (£22.9m) for its private debt fund.
The firm, which manages a $647m real estate portfolio, said that due to continued investor demand it is opening an additional $5m in investment capacity within the fund.

F Street said the latest fundraise reflects ongoing investor appetite for private credit, as investors seek exposure to assets outside traditional equities and bonds.
