Squire Patton Boggs adds director to asset-based lending team
Law firm Squire Patton Boggs has hired Bradley Harris as a director in its financial services practice group in London.
Harris will join the firm’s international asset-based lending team from ABN AMRO Bank, where he was UK head of legal, commercial finance and lease.

He focuses on asset-based lending and commercial banking, with a more than a decade and half of both in-house and private practice legal experience. He joined ABN Amro in 2018 as senior legal counsel, overseeing its UK asset-based lending arm, ABN AMRO Commercial Finance.
He was previously in the banking and finance team at Mayer Brown.

It follows a string of similar hires at legal firms recently. Last week, Crowell & Moring hired asset-based finance lawyer Tom Dell’Avvocato as a partner in its financial services division in its London office.
Meanwhile, Katten appointed R. Kader Crawford as a partner in its private credit practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
