Gateley Legal appoints London partner to boost private credit expertise
Gateley Legal, the legal arm of professional services group Gateley, has appointed Liam Mills as a partner in its restructuring advisory team in London to enhance its capabilities in private credit, complex financial restructurings and special situations.
Liam (pictured), who is dual-qualified in England and Ireland, joins from DLA Piper and brings over 15 years of experience advising on restructuring, special situations and finance matters involving complex and bespoke capital structures and financing arrangements.

He also has experience across recapitalisations and refinancings, specialised lending transactions and liability management exercises.
Gateley Legal’s national restructuring advisory team is now made up of 25 professionals, including 12 partners and legal directors.
