iCapital hires Bloomberg’s Sonali Basak as chief investment strategist
iCapital has appointed Bloomberg TV’s Sonali Basak (pictured) as chief investment strategist.
The alternative investment marketplace said that Basak will help develop and deliver the firm’s thought leadership and work closely with clients to support their decision-making.
Basak most recently served as Bloomberg TV’s lead global finance correspondent and anchor, where she covered major financial institutions including banks, asset managers, private equity firms and hedge funds.
