Arini prices second US CLO at $505.2m
Alternative credit firm Arini has priced its second US collateralised loan obligation (CLO), Arini US CLO II, at $505.2m (£376m).
It marks Arini’s third CLO issuance globally and its second in the US, bringing its total CLO assets under management to $3.85bn.

Arini US CLO II will invest in a portfolio of US broadly syndicated senior-secured loans. The entire debt stack was fully placed, and Morgan Stanley acted as the arranger for the transaction.
Arini’s global CLO platform is overseen by Mehdi Kashani, head of structured credit at the firm, while Jonathan Abrahamson, US CLO portfolio manager, is responsible for portfolio management.

“The successful pricing of Arini US CLO II underscores the continued strong demand from our investors and the positive reception we’ve received from the broader market,” said Kashani.
“As we have scaled our platform in Europe, we now aim to replicate this successful strategy in the US and become a consistent issuer and key contributor to this market.”
