EasyMoney’s innovative finance ISA hits £100m
UK peer-to-peer property investment platform easyMoney’s innovative finance ISA (IFISA) has surpassed £100m in investor funds.
The IFISA, launched in February 2018, has seen investor interest grow significantly over the past seven years, with its £100m milestone now making easyMoney one of the largest IFISA managers in the UK.

EasyMoney specialises in offering property-backed loans to a wide range of investors. All property loans on the platform can be held within its IFISA.
The platform is currently targeting returns of between 5.4 per cent and 10 per cent per annum, depending on the type of account chosen.
