Dechert adds four-lawyer team to global finance group in London
Dechert has added a team of four lawyers to its global finance group in London.
The business said the new team, which includes partners Sushila Nayak and James Jirtle, as well as two new associates, will enhance its structured credit and collateralised loan obligation (CLO) capabilities.

Both Nayak and Jirtle join from law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where they were partners.
Nayak, who is dual-qualified in New York and in England and Wales, has a wealth of experience advising on CLOs and private debt transactions for borrowers and lenders. She will serve as a leader of Dechert’s London-based CLO efforts.

Jirtle also brings significant expertise in structured credit, having advised arrangers and managers on CLOs.
