Lande lending dips slightly in April
Agricultural lending platform Lande saw its lending dip slightly in April, loaning approximately €1.06m (£900,000) across 39 projects in the month.
That’s slightly lower than the €1.2m it loaned across 42 projects in March.

Most of the loans were delivered to farmers based in Latvia with €522,950 issued, with the remainder spread across Lithuania and Romania.
In an update to customers, the firm reported that 89 new investors registered on the platform in April.

The lender also revealed that its team was focusing strongly on improving service quality, with “several new partnerships launched to provide existing clients with high-quality products such as raw materials and mineral fertilizers”.
At the end of April, there were 1,452 projects funded through the platform, of which 748 had been repaid in full while 704 were active.
