CVC raises over €1.3bn in two evergreen funds in under one year
Private markets firm CVC Capital Partners has raised over €1bn in its two evergreen funds less than one year after launch.
In its quarterly update for Q1 2025, the firm said it had raised €1.3bn (£1bn) across its two evergreen structures.

Its private credit-focused CVC-CRED fund, launched in Q2 2024, had reached an aggregate value of €1bn as of 31 March, while its private equity-focused CVC-PE fund, launched in January this year, had raised €300m in subscriptions.
The business said preparations are underway for further evergreen product launches in late 2025 and 2026.

“We continue to see good fundraising momentum…we have raised €1.3bn of evergreen capital in under twelve months,” the firm said in its update.
It also said its fee-paying AUM had increased by 42 per cent to €141.8bn over the past 12 months.
