Pluto Finance appoints new managing director to lead European expansion
Pluto Finance, a provider of private credit for property investment and development, has hired Ciaran Singh as a managing director to lead its push into Europe.
Singh was most recently at DRC Capital, where he sourced and executed real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. He will oversee Pluto’s European growth strategy and cultivate borrower and broker relationships, as well as lead the origination of larger investment, bridge and development loans. These loans will focus on the living sector and range from £25m to £150m in size.
