AllianzGI appoints new private markets head
Allianz Global Investors has announced Edouard Jozan as the new head of AllianzGI Private Markets.
Jozan, who has been head of distributions Europe since January 2023, will begin his new role on June 1. He has more than 25 years of investment experience and started his career at Allianz.
AllianzGI manages €98bn (£84.3bn) in private markets assets. Jozan will oversee the investment and operational sides of AllianzGI’s private markets team, and will also join AllianzGI’s executive committee.

Tobias Pross, chief executive officer of AllianzGI, said: “Our Private Markets platform has grown significantly over the last decade, building a strong track record of delivering new and differentiated cash flows to our clients.”
