I Squared Capital appoints new managing director
Infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital has appointed Joe Cashion as managing director.
Cashion has more than two decades of experience across venture capital, private equity, and public sector leadership.
He has held investment leadership roles at Lake Bridge Capital and Northwater Capital, in addition to operating and advisory roles at Shasta Ventures, NTR plc and Tessera Solar, among others.

He has also served as a venture partner at I Squared’s InfraTech fund, playing a key role in deal origination, portfolio strategy, investment management, and fundraising.
In his new role, Cashion will support the firm’s InfraTech investment strategy and focus on deepening the firms ties with investors and investment opportunities in Canada and beyond.
