LendInvest surpasses £5bn funds under management
LendInvest has revealed it has £5.14bn in funds under management (FUM), following a £500m upsize from one of its existing institutional investors.
Today’s FUM announcement follows a series of major funding uplifts in recent months, including the £300m renewal of its funding syndicate with BNP Paribas, Barclays and HSBC, and the £1.5bn funding agreement with JP Morgan announced last September.
The specialist property lender has also just agreed a renewal of its £300 million funding facility with Lloyds. The facility will continue to be used to support lending across buy-to-let and owner-occupied mortgages.

“This renewal highlights Lloyds’ understanding of the strength of our business, our consistent loan performance, and the cutting-edge technology that powers our operations,” said chief executive Rod Lockhart.
“We are delighted to be able to extend our relationship with Lloyds – one of the UK’s most prestigious banks – and with whom we have built a strong and successful working relationship over many years.”
LendInvest also announced that its mortgages division achieved record lending volumes through the third quarter of its 2025 financial year (ending 31st December 2024).
The firm lent £358m in the third quarter of 2025, including £123m in December alone. A new annual lending milestone of £1.168bn in the calendar year 2024, surpassed the previous record of £1.12bn in calendar year 2022.

“These figures are a result of the dedication of our people – and especially the performance of our new hub in Glasgow – as well as the resilience of the UK property finance market,” Lockhart added.
“What is really pleasing, though, is that these results translate into tangible impact for hundreds of developers, landlords, property owners and of course investors – all of which ladders up to the provision of better-quality housing across the country.”
In December, LendInvest announced it had narrowed its pre-tax losses and boosted its lending volumes by nearly a third over the first half.
The lender reported a pre-tax loss of £1.7m for the six months to 30 September 2024, up from a £15.7m loss in the comparative period last year.
