The fund, which is classified as Article 8 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), is available for investors in Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
It offers conditional quarterly redemptions and monthly subscriptions, with a minimum investment threshold of €1,000 (£833).
ELTIFs are an EU-regulated investment vehicle designed to encourage private investors to put money into long-term, illiquid assets, including private credit, which were typically the preserve of institutional investors.

Institutional investors, seeking attractive returns and moderate volatility over the long term, continue to increase their allocations in these asset classes.
Retail investors are also looking to access the opportunities offered by private markets to diversify their long-term investment strategies. The second iteration of the EU regulation, ELTIF 2.0, which launched in January, lowered the minimum investment threshold, adapted liquidity options, and broadened the range of eligible asset classes.
“Amundi Prima meets savers growing need to diversify their long-term investments,” said Amundi deputy head of alternative and real assets Lionel Paquin. “It represents a turnkey, evergreen solution that makes private markets easily accessible.
“With the strengthening of its multi-management platform Amundi Alpha Associates, Amundi aims to continue its strategic development in private markets and offer all its clients ever more innovative solutions tailored to their objectives.”
Since the acquisition of Alpha Associates in February 2024, Amundi Alpha Associates has been Amundi’s private market multi-management platform. It has around €20bn in assets under management.
