“As private credit in the Australian and New Zealand markets continue to grow, our team is looking forward to building on the success of our platform to date in this area,” Bartlow said.
At Arkkan, Bester was director of investor relations, working on the firm’s global fundraising and marketing efforts.
“As the share of non-bank financing for real estate deals continues to increase in the APAC region, Australia and New Zealand benefit from robust legal and regulatory frameworks that underpin their attractiveness for asset-backed lending strategies,” Bester said. “I’m pleased to be joining a well-established team with a strong track record of private loan investments in Australia and New Zealand that have delivered stable returns and consistent cash yields for its capital partners.”
