Katten adds private credit partner in New York
Law firm Katten has added Maximilien Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge as a partner in its private credit practice in New York.
He joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he was counsel in the New York banking and finance team for five years and nine months.
Maisonrouge’s experience includes work on unitranche, first- and second-lien credit facilities, investment-grade, middle-market and large-cap financings as well as cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.

Katten has approximately 700 lawyers in locations across the US, as well as London and Shanghai.
The firm’s core areas of practice in addition to private credit include corporate, financial markets and funds, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, litigation, real estate, structured finance and securitisation, transactional tax planning and private wealth.
Katten represents public and private companies in numerous industries, as well as several government and nonprofit organisations and individuals.
