Macfarlanes boosts private capital team with new hire
Law firm Macfarlanes has appointed Victoria Hills as a partner, expanding its private capital expertise.
Hills joins the firm today (14 October) from Freshfields.
She has extensive private capital experience, specialising in private equity, M&A and joint venture transactions in the real estate and hotels sectors.

In her new role, she will help develop Macfarlanes’ private equity real assets team.
She advises private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and corporates.
