Shojin partners with Dubai real estate brokerage
Property lender Shojin has signed a partnership with Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm Anarock which will open up new investment channels for clients of both companies.
Under the terms of the agreement, Shojin’s UK-based clients will be able to access Anarock’s premium real estate offerings in Dubai. Meanwhile, Anarock’s clients will be able to invest in UK property opportunities listed on the Shojin digital platform.
The two firms will also offer webinars, workshops and other services to investors.

“We are excited to partner with Anarock and expand the reach of our property investment opportunities to a wider global audience, especially in Dubai and the Middle East,” said Igor Gorbatsevich, head of digital at Shojin.
“This collaboration drives us closer towards our vision of making real estate opportunities more accessible to global investors, enabling them to build their wealth.
“We look forward to collaborating with Anarock as part of our growing network of global partners to deliver more choice and diversification opportunities for real estate investors.”
The partnership comes after Shojin took part in a trade delegation to Saudi Arabia earlier this month, with the intention of growing its presence in the Gulf region.
The property lender has been on a global expansion push of late, entering into a number of international partnerships designed to expand its presence across Asia and the Middle East.
