Kuflink names new head of sales
Kuflink has appointed property financing veteran Brian West (pictured) as its new head of sales.
In his new role, West will be focused on driving product innovation, funding capacity and book growth in order to help Kuflink meet its ambitious growth plans.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector, having held senior roles at GE Capital and Swift Advances. He has also worked with specialist lenders such as Funding 365 and Pivot, and has served as a board director of Bridging & Development Lenders Association – formerly known as the Association of Short-Term Lenders.
Over the past two and a half years West has headed up the sales and marketing function at City of London based lender, Saxon Trust.

As head of sales, Brian will work closely with Kuflink’s chief executive Narinder Khattoare and the senior leadership team to grow Kuflink’s business in the coming year.
“I’ve known Narinder for many years and watched the Kuflink journey from a small privately funded lender to the current, highly impressive operation,” said West.
“With institutional funding now complimenting our market leading peer-to-peer investment platform, the foundations are in place for the next stage of growth and development. I look forward to playing a significant part in this growth.”
