US-based loan agency platform sets up in Europe
SRS Acquiom, the loan agency services platform, has expanded into Europe, setting up its regional headquarters in London.
The fintech helps manage complex financial transactions and will be providing its loan agency services to European deal parties. It has appointed Keith Miller and Daniel Hayes as executive directors. Miller was previously global head of private debt at Apex Group, and Hayes was previously a director at Sanne.
“The growth of Europe’s credit markets has driven a substantial demand for more integrated and tech-enabled solutions that help deal parties navigate the increasing administrative burdens these transactions present,” said Renee Kuhl, managing director, Loan Agency, at SRS Acquiom.
“Through our independent loan agency services, SRS Acquiom remains committed to providing more productive solutions to address even the most complex loan-administration challenges. We look forward to continuing to expand our footprint, contributing to the ongoing evolution of efficiency in loan agency services.”

SRS Acquiom has engaged on 8,600 deals to date with an aggregate value of more than $1.5tn (£1.1tn). It was founded in 2007 and is aiming to benefit from the growing private credit market in Europe, resulting in an increased need for loan agency services.
