TAB appoints head of investor relations
Real estate financing specialist TAB has named Samuel Leach (pictured) as head of investor relations as it continues its push for growth.
In the new role, Leach will work closely with TAB’s investor network to enhance the platform’s investment strategies and strengthen existing relationships.
Leach has almost thirteen years of experience in stock and FX trading and has collaborated with TAB for over two years. He has previously worked at C Hoare & Co private bank, before setting up his own financial trading education business, Samuel and Co Trading.
This is a great time to join TAB as head of investor relations and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success,” Leach said.

“I look forward to working closely with the rest of the team to build on existing relationships within our network and provide innovative ways to invest in real estate, which is traditionally difficult to access.
“We aim to provide an exceptional experience for our investors and I am excited to leverage my expertise in personal finance and trading to support TAB’s mission of making real estate investment accessible and rewarding for all.”
TAB recently secured a £300m securitisation facility from NatWest, and rolled out a fractional ownership product, and a new residential mortgage product. Duncan Kreeger, chief executive and founder of TAB, said that Leach’s appointment is part of the company’s ongoing growth plan.
“It is great to have Samuel on board, he is a trusted partner and someone who has known TAB since the beginning,” said Kreeger.
“As the market has changed and we are growing as a business, we need to hire the right people who will put us in good stead for making strategic decisions for the long-term.
“From experience, Samuel’s operational background and mindset are what is required to support the next phase of TAB’s growth as we continue to expand our product offering and seek to welcome new investors to the platform.”
