Goldman Sachs veteran joins ICG Real Estate
ICG has appointed Greg Minson as global head of asset management within its real estate business.
Minson joins ICG Real Estate’s leadership team and will work closely with global head of real estate Krysto Nikolic to grow and scale the platform.
ICG said he will provide global leadership across asset and fund management, debt capital markets, as well as portfolio finance and operational functions. He will also join the alternative asset manager’s real estate investment committee.

Minson joins from Goldman Sachs, where he held a multitude of roles over 25 years. Most recently, he was global chief operating officer for the real estate group within the asset and wealth management division.

ICG manages $86.3bn (£69.9bn) of assets across four asset classes: structured and private equity, private debt, real assets and credit.
The firm’s real estate division invests in real estate assets and platforms internationally, in both equity and debt.
