InRento hits €23.5m funding milestone
InRento, the buy-to-let crowdfunding platform, provided €3.2m in finance during the first quarter of 2024, bringing its total funded to €23.5m.
The platform said the average return totalled 11.2 per cent during the first quarter, while the average project return came in at 8.3 per cent. A little under €198,000 was repaid in principal investments, while there were zero late or defaulted projects.
InRento currently has 2,826 active investors. Residential accounts for the majority of its loan portfolio at €19.3m, followed by hotels at €1.9m and commercial at €1.8m.

Tech upgrade
During the first quarter, the business upgraded its platform, introducing a number of new features including an upcoming payments list and the ability to make deposits directly via card for Mangopay users.
InRento is now featured in Paysera’s banking app, which allows investors to place investments in a few clicks.
“This integration not only simplifies the investment process but also opens up a new avenue for investors to engage with our platform directly from Paysera’s banking environment,” the company noted in a blog.
Back in November, InRento was given permission to operate across the EU by the Bank of Lithuania.
