Schroders hires global head of real estate capital formation
Schroders Capital has appointed Allen Chilten as its new global head of real estate capital formation, effective from 18 March.
The new appointment comes as the asset manager looks to expand its direct real estate relationships with institutional investors across key regions, including Europe, North America, and Australasia.
Chilten will oversee all aspects of the real estate capital client journey, Schroders said, advising clients on a broad range of real estate investment solutions.
