Federated Hermes hires private markets director for the Nordics
Federated Hermes has expanded its private markets sales team with the appointment of Lisa Ravlo as private markets director for the Nordic region.
The investment firm’s private markets division manages €20bn of assets, comprised of private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and natural capital products.
In this newly created role, Ravlo will help to broaden the distribution of private markets products across the Nordic region.

She will be based in Oslo, Norway, working alongside the established Nordics team, including Magnus Kristensen, director, business development – Nordics and report to Jakob Nilsson who was appointed last year as head of private market sales, ex-North America.
Prior to joining Federated Hermes, Ravlo worked for Barclays Investment Bank in both London and Paris.
“With deep institutional pools of capital, the Nordic region is an important and growing market for Federated Hermes across a number of investment strategies,” said Ravlo.

Federated Hermes has been expanding its private markets team of late, having hired Dr. Stefan Arneth as sales director – private markets, based in Munich, Germany, last year.
