Invest & Fund bolsters development finance team
Invest & Fund has appointed Naseer Ahmed as director of development finance.
The peer-to-peer development lending platform said that Ahmed has a substantial track record of senior appointments across a successful career in the sector and will bring his vast experience to the team.
His role will focus on strengthening the platform’s presence in London and the South whilst continuing to grow its business relationships across the intermediary market.

The new appointment comes after Invest & Fund last month unveiled former Brickflow executive Tim Noble as its new director of development finance for London and the South East.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and property lending sectors and has previously held senior positions with Paragon Bank, Bank Leumi, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander and Close Property Finance.
