Oneplanetcrowd becomes Invesdor following merger
Oneplanetcrowd has officially rebranded as Invesdor, following its merger with the crowdfunding platform earlier this year.
The impact investing platform said that it expects the newly-merged company to become a top three player in Europe, and will soon start to list investment opportunities for energy projects in Germany, Austria and Finland.
“Thanks to the merger, we are one of the top three players in Europe,” said a Oneplanetcrowd spokesperson.

“With joint resources we can invest even further in a robust platform and provide even better services to our investors and entrepreneurs.”
The platform added that nothing will change for its investors’ current portfolio, although some improvements will be made to improve transparency on issues such as loan repayments.
Investors will soon be able to log into the Invesdor platform with their Oneplanetcrowd account details.

“Of course, we cannot avoid the fact that the website will look different, but we expect that you will quickly get used to it,” the spokesperson added. “We are convinced that you will benefit greatly from it in the long term.”
All investment propositions offered on Invesdor will meet Oneplanetcrowd’s “no harm” criteria and environmental, social and governance requirements.
Furthermore, Oneplanetcrowd investors will no longer have to pay a management fee on propositions offered on the new Invesdor platform.
