Invest and Fund hires Brickflow lending exec
Peer-to-peer property development lender Invest and Fund has hired former Brickflow executive Tim Noble as its new director of development finance for London and the South East.
Noble was appointed Bricklow’s lending director in 2021, where his role involved increasing the number of lenders and funding opportunities available via the development finance search engine.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and property lending sectors and has previously held senior positions with Paragon Bank, Bank Leumi, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander and Close Property Finance.

At Invest and Fund, Noble’s appointment is intended to strengthen the presence of the platform in the market, while continuing to build out core relationships across the intermediary market.
