Bondster apologies for IT glitch that stopped transactions being processed
Bondster has apologised to investors for a technical glitch that prevented some transactions from being processed last Tuesday.
The Czech peer-to-peer lender said that it has been rolling out several improvements which led to an unexpected problem relating to the functionalities of the platform.
As a result, it had to disable the user interface temporarily, which resulted in some investor transactions not being processed on that day [3 October].

However, Bondster said it wanted to assure investors that all funds from unprocessed transactions remained in user accounts.
It has asked the affected investors via email to check whether transactions that day were completed. If a transaction was not completed, the investor needs to perform it again.
