Folk2Folk launches new investor portal
Folk2Folk has unveiled a new investor portal, which is designed to provide a streamlined and more convenient experience for its users.
The UK’s largest peer-to-peer lending platform said that the new offering enables customers to manage their investments more efficiently, access important account information, and make informed investment decisions with greater ease from anywhere, at any time.
The revamped investor service launched quietly in beta mode earlier this year, replacing the system that Folk2Folk had in place since 2016. Since April, the new portal has been open and in use for existing and new customers. Several improvements have already been made in response to customer feedback.

“We are delighted at the positive customer response to our investor portal, which is a significant step forward in our commitment to providing our investors with the best possible experience,” said Roy Warren (pictured), managing director of Folk2Folk.
“We understand that our investors are busy people, and we want to make investing with Folk2Folk as straightforward as possible. We listened to their feedback and designed the portal to be intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
“It offers far greater functionality than our previous portal and investors can manage their investments with greater ease and transparency. We will continue to listen to feedback and evolve the portal in response to customer need.

“As has always been the case at Folk2Folk, we use tech to compliment the personal service we provide our customers, not replace it, and the new portal has a key role to play in supporting that.”
Folk2Folk offers investors fixed returns starting from 8.75 per cent per annum on loans secured against land or property, with a minimum investment threshold of £20,000.
