TAB appoints HR manager ahead of hiring spree
Property investment platform TAB has hired its first HR manager, ahead of a planned hiring push as the platform aims to build a £500m loan book by 2024.
Lianne Mason (pictured) is the company’s inaugural people manager, and has joined the platform from tech company Vizlib, where the HR department supported more than 150 members of staff.
In recent months, TAB has increased its team from 32 to 39 professionals, and plans to grow even further while “cultivating an innovative culture and an outstanding workforce.”

TAB has written more than £375m in loans over the past four years and recently stated a goal of having a £500m loan book by 2024.
Last year, the platform secured a revolving credit facility of up to £120m from New York-based alternative investment advisory firm Atalaya, to support its ongoing growth.
