Viainvest funds €67.6m of asset-backed securities in year since transition
Viainvest has funded €67.6m (£58.3m) of asset-backed securities and paid out €1.45m in interest, since launching the product one year ago.
The European platform, which connects investors with consumer loans, said that its portfolio composition reflects “a successful transition”, with 80 per cent comprising asset-backed securities and 20 per cent comprising other types of finance including business loans.
“Viainvest has shown its ability to evolve and adapt,” it said.

The platform expects the remainder of its portfolio not invested in asset-backed securities to be repaid by the end of the year.
“Thanks to our clients’ reliance and our team’s hard work, over the past year, we’ve made great progress with our new asset-backed securities product and introduced new investment services and tools,” said Tatjana Kulapina, board member of Viainvest.

“We strive to achieve more open communication and make investing easy. Our product helps investors earn fixed income through market ups and downs and earn more over the long term.”
Last month, Viainvest announced that it had upgraded its auto-invest product, including pre-defined investment strategies, more data and a redesigned settings page.
It is now offering ‘active’ and ‘diversified’ automated strategies to all clients who have completed a product suitability assessment and have automated investments available.
