UK Finance unveils four new board hires
UK Finance has made four new appointments to its board.
Debbie Crosbie, chief executive officer, Nationwide Building Society; Christopher Beatty, chief operating officer EMEA, Morgan Stanley; Richard Fearon, chief executive officer, Leeds Building Society; and Vicky Davies, chief executive officer, Danske Bank UK have all joined the board of the banking and finance industry trade body.
Crosbie is a banking industry veteran, having previously headed up TSB Bank after serving as group chief operating officer at Clydesdale Bank/CYBG.

Beatty has worked in financial services for 27 years and has held a variety of roles at Morgan Stanley since joining in 2000, in New York, London, Hong Kong and Frankfurt.
Fearon joined Leeds Building Society in 2016 as chief commercial officer and was promoted to chief executive in February 2019. He started his career at Oliver Wyman & Company and spent 10 years at Lloyds Banking Group in senior mortgage and savings roles.
Davies has 18 years’ experience in senior roles in financial services at RBS and Danske Bank, having started her career at Accenture. She was recognised as one of the 2022 ‘Women to Watch’ by Cranfield School of Management.

The UK Finance Board focuses on issues of importance to retail, business and wholesale customers including ethics, financial inclusion, financial fraud, crime, access to markets and diversity. The consumer voice is also represented on the board via the inclusion of an independent consumer champion.
