CrowdProperty hires Mark Davidson as head of loan management
CrowdProperty has appointed Mark Davidson as its new head of loan management.
Davidson was previously national relationship director at alternative business and property lender Assetz Capital.
The peer-to-peer property development lender said that Davidson’s appointment enhances the support available to its borrowers, providing a dedicated contact point for complex cases.

Davidson has over 25 years’ experience in the property finance sector, having also held senior roles at RBS and NatWest.
He has covered all aspects of deal structuring in property finance including residential development, residential investment and mixed-use portfolios.
