EstateGuru sees loan volumes rise in May
EstateGuru saw its monthly lending volumes increase to €8,247,769 (£7m) in May, with €7,535,738 worth of loans repaid.
The European peer-to-peer property lending platform also revealed that €1,401,936 in interest was earned by investors over the month.

Marek Pärtel, co-founder and chairman of EstateGuru said in a post on business networking site LinkedIn, that: “Happy to see that despite of property market slight slowdown Estateguru.co investors are receiving stable monthly return of €1-2,000,000,” said Marek Pärtel, co-founder and chairman of EstateGuru, in a post on business networking site LinkedIn.
“In total since 2014 almost €65,000,000 has been paid out to our investors with an average annual return of 10.61 per cent.”

The May loan volumes were an increase from April, when €7m of loans were funded by EstateGuru investors.
On a blog on the EstateGuru website last month, the company said: “Our core market in Estonia continues to perform consistently in 2023, with €3.1m in origination volume in April, followed by Lithuania (€1.7m), and Latvia (€1.1m). We expect to see the steady growth of the portfolio going forward, supported by new institutional investors who are focused mainly on Baltic loans.”
EstateGuru operates in Germany, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
