CapitalRise makes four senior hires
Property lender CapitalRise has announced four new senior hires as the platform continues to expand.
Ryan Parrett has been named lending director, where he will have responsibility for originating and managing broker and borrower relationships. He previously spent five years at Fiduciam, a pension-fund owned business lender.
Raf Chowdhury has also joined the lending team as an associate director. He has more than seven years experience in financial services, most recently at Coutts, where he was a relationship director responsible for origination, bespoke deal structuring and client relationship management.

Meanwhile, Tony Humphreys has been named CapitalRise’s new credit manager. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and property sectors. He has spent the past three years as an analyst and senior relationship manager with Hampshire Trust Bank.
And Julia Sinclair has been appointed head of product, where she will be “responsible for the creation and execution of CapitalRise’s product vision and strategy.” She will also oversee the technology function.

Sinclair has worked at several fintech startups and was most recently senior product manager for an environmental investing mobile app called Clim8.
“I’m happy to share that I have started a new position as head of product at CapitalRise,” Sinclair wrote on LinkedIn.
“To the fantastic team at Clim8, thank you for sharing the last few years with me. I am very proud of all we achieved together and working alongside you has been a pleasure.
“I am very excited to begin working with the CapitalRise team during a really exciting time for the business.”
