Fluro makes four new senior hires
Fluro has announced a series of new hires as it grows its business as an embedded lender.
The company formerly known as Lending Works has appointed four senior members of staff, meaning that it has made 36 hires and appointments over the past 12 months.
Graham Dodds as been named Fluro’s chief product officer. He was previously responsible for TSB’s unsecured personal loans business and has more than a decade’s experience of building financial products.

Jenny Steven has been hired as the company’s general counsel. She has spent the past 10 years advising growth fintechs both in-house and as regulatory consulting director for the law firm Hogan Lovells. In her new role, Steven will oversee legal arrangements with Fluro’s institutional partners and will work on modernising the legislative framework for consumer lending.
Meanwhile Ocado Technology veteran Jason de Carvalho has been hired as chief technology officer. He will lead the development of Fluro’s loans platform to ensure a seamless customer application journey.

And Tommy Fennelly has joined as head of data science, having previously worked for American technology giant IBM. He will work on a number of data initiatives including machine learning, analytics and data engineering.
