P2P litigation expert named partner at Rotheras
A lawyer with expertise in peer-to-peer lending litigation has been named partner at Rotheras Solicitors.
The Nottingham law firm said that Caroline Bowler (pictured) specialises in commercial litigation and property litigation, as well as equine law.
“Caroline is regularly instructed in commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes and disputes arising in the context of the financial services sector,” said Rotheras. “She has in recent years been instructed on several high-profile matters relating to P2P lending. Her commercial work also encompasses partnership disputes.”

Bowler joins Rotheras’ dispute resolution team from Actons Solicitors, another Nottingham-based firm, where she worked for nine years.
