Assetz Capital seeks fintech apprentices
Assetz Capital is recruiting for its first fintech apprentices.
The peer-to-peer lending platform is offering 16 to 18 month placements for apprentices in financial services.
The first two opportunities will be in the HR and training department, and in the marketing and communications department.
The apprenticeship programme will launched via the Assetz Academy – an online learning hub where employees can learn new skills.

“It’s exciting to be welcoming new talent to our business and to be offering exciting career paths to the next generation,” said Andrew Charnley, managing director at Assetz Capital.
“Having seen first-hand throughout my career, the amazing progress that apprentices make, it’s especially pleasing to be supporting investment in this cohort, especially at a time when many employers will be pulling back from such expenditure.

“The people team here at Assetz have done great work to get us ready for this new and exciting phase of our wider learning and development programme, and I look forward to both supporting our new apprentices but also learning from them.”
Applications can be made to Assetz’ resourcing manager Sundus Osman.
Osman added that she is “really excited to be able to take Assetz on the next step of our journey as we invest in entry level talent”.
