Adempi appoints Emily Fuller as head of operations and projects
Regulatory consultancy Adempi, which has worked with a number of peer-to-peer lending platforms, has appointed Emily Fuller as a partner and head of operations and projects.
Fuller will be running the firm’s e-learning offering, managing client projects – such as Financial Conduct Authority authorisations and compliance health checks – as well as managing its pool of associates.
Prior to being appointed as a partner at Adempi, Fuller worked with the firm for 18 months as independent executive PA, offering a range of business support.
Fuller has a background in senior HR roles, including positions at New Look and M&N Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd. As such, she will also lead on the firm’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime advisory work.

“It has been a joy to work with Emily over the last 18 months and we’re thrilled that she is joining us as a partner,” said Adempi co-founder Gillian Roche-Saunders. “We have already seen the value of her knowledge, pragmatism and professionalism and it is a natural step for her to become an integral part of our business and to bring that benefit to our clients also.”
Fuller added: “Adempi is a powerhouse in the compliance consultancy industry, and I am looking forward to helping the team and our clients to go from strength to strength. Also, having worked alongside Dena, Gillian and the associates for the last 18 months, I know I am joining a great team of fantastic, professional and caring people.”
