Bondora advertises for tech roles
Bondora is looking to hire a tech recruiter and engineering team leads.
The European peer-to-peer lending platform said it requires the tech recruiter to have at least three years’ of experience in technical and product-related roles and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
Bondora said that the role involves spotting and interviewing talented individuals who have the relevant skills and are a cultural fit,. They will use metrics and data analysis to optimise recruitment activities and giving the hiring manager all the relevant information to use when deciding on who to appoint.
Meanwhile, for the engineering team lead, the platform is on the hunt for a curious, driven team leader who can simplify complex things and deliver maintainable code.
Bondora is looking for an experienced leader with an excellent work ethic and English writing and verbal skills.
